Designed by Jetrel, implemented by me. There’s still some rough edges, but I really wanted to get it up. The site is now integrated with the blog as well, so the blog is our main page (we may add more to the main page as well), and the pages the old site had are on the left. Feel free to report any problems you notice that you think I might not know about.
very very nice 🙂 it looks oh-so good!
Yeah, it’s a piece of art, like your game! The best pixelart game I have ever seen at all.
BTW: Neorice, are there plans for a frogatto webcomic? Or maybe comic shorts would be even more cool, since there seems to be some kind of sarcasm in the game dialogues…
We try. 😀 Thanks!
Oh so good!! Love the new look.
The old one was better—now the font is too small and it doesn’t scale well with different font sizes. Hopefully you’ll manage to fix it later. Keep up the good work with the game 🙂
I did say there were rough edges, didn’t I? Should be better now. If you still don’t like it – what browser are you using, and how much are you increasing the font size? Are you using IE, which doesn’t allow font sizes specified in px units to scale? I made the main text not use px units anymore, and made it bigger.
It’s actually much better now, I think it looks good 🙂 Thanks for acting on my nitpick 😉
Glad you like it! It’s not really a nitpick if it’s an actual accessibility issue.
Hi, cool game guys. I’m curious about licensing: according to the FAQ, you only hold off on freeing the art assets because you want to be the only ones allowed to sell it?
In that case, why not license the art under a Creative Commons Non-Commercial license? As the copyright holders you would be able to sell the game; others couldn’t without permission. This license would open up the game to certain hardcore FOSSers (though not hardcore GPLers) without limiting your vender rights.
Of course, if you’re opposed to free projects using the art this isn’t an option. I suggest because your FAQ doesn’t indicate this.
We don’t want people to release it for free on a platform we’re trying to commercially sell it on. With that license, they’d have the rights to do that.
I should amend the FAQ to that end.
